Biografía
Dr. Valerio Pascale is an orthopedic surgeon at the Orthopedic Unit of IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant’Ambrogio.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2000 from the University of Milan, where in 2005, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
In 2005, he participated in a Fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Since 2006, he has been a Researcher at the Department of Biomedical Sciences for Health, specializing in Locomotor Diseases at the University of Milan.
His main research interests include:
- Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery
- Prosthetic and Robotic Surgery
- Sports Traumatology
- Orthopedic Regenerative Medicine
- Biomechanics and Joint Kinematics
Regarding his teaching activity, since 2005, he has been a tutor for Orthopedics and Traumatology students in the Medicine and Surgery degree program at the University of Milan. From 2006 to 2012, he was a lecturer in Physiology at the Podiatry degree program at IRCCS Galeazzi, and from 2007 to 2008, he served as an adjunct professor for the subject "Medicine of Physical Disability" in the Nursing Science degree program.
Dr. Pascale primarily focuses on:
- Prosthetic and revision surgery of the hip and knee
- Arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee
- Regenerative medicine
- Clinical research
He is the author and co-author of numerous publications in prestigious national and international scientific journals.
