Paolo Galbiati

Dr. Paolo Galbiati is an ophthalmologist at the Ophthalmology Unit of Policlinico San Marco.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1989 from the University of Milan and specialized in Ophthalmology there in 1994.

After obtaining his degree, he began working in the ophthalmology units of various Italian hospitals. During these years, he gained extensive experience in both anterior and posterior segment ocular surgery. Throughout his career, he has also enhanced his skills in laser therapy for both anterior and posterior ocular segments, as well as in the diagnosis and treatment of major ocular conditions.

Currently, he has performed numerous extracapsular cataract extractions and phacoemulsifications with artificial lens implantation.

He participates annually in national and international congresses.
