Biografía
Dr. Lorenzo Rosa is a physician at the Istituto Clinico Città di Brescia, where he specializes in Doppler ultrasound.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Brescia in 1991.
After graduation, he attended training courses organized by specific scientific societies, including:
- The Italian group of vascular ultrasonology (GIUV)
- The Italian Society of Clinical Experimental Phlebology (SIFCS)
- Training courses led by Prof. F. Annoni, primarily at the Niguarda Hospital in Milan
From 1998 to 1999, he attended a specialization course in phlebology at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Siena.
Dr. Rosa's work involves performing vascular diagnostic examinations using Doppler ultrasound equipment in the following areas:
- Supraaortic trunks (arterial and venous)
- Upper limbs (arterial and venous)
- Lower limbs (arterial and venous)
- Abdominal regions (abdominal aorta, inferior vena cava, renal arteries and veins, mesenteric arteries, celiac trunk, iliac arteries and veins)
- Male genital region (cavernous arteries and veins, related to issues of erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease, testicular arteries and veins, particularly concerning male infertility issues).
