Jessica Zannoni

Dr. Jessica Zannoni is a cardiologist at the Clinical, Interventional Cardiology and Coronary Intensive Care Unit (UTIC) of IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, directed by Prof. Francesco Bedogni.
After graduating with honors in Medicine and Surgery in 2018 from the University of Milan-Bicocca, she completed her specialization, also with honors, in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Milan in 2023. Her thesis focused on the prognostic significance of right ventricular dysfunction and remodeling in patients with functional mitral regurgitation undergoing edge-to-edge percutaneous repair, assessed through 3D echocardiography.
During her final year of residency, she further specialized in second-level cardiovascular imaging (TEE, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI) at Centro Cardiologico Monzino. In 2025, she completed a Master’s in Cardiac Intensive Care at the University of Padua.
She focuses primarily on heart failure, valvular heart disease, ischemic heart disease, and dyslipidemia, with particular attention to diagnostic imaging and the management of critical patients in UTIC.
She is a member of the Italian Society of Cardiology (SIC) and the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI).
She regularly participates in national and international conferences, also as a speaker, and is the author or co-author of scientific publications on valvular disease, coronary anomalies, and patent foramen ovale.
