Dr. Giovanni Bracci is an orthopedic traumatologist at the Orthopedic Unit 9 of Casa di Cura Villa Erbosa.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna in 2002 and later specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the same university in 2007.
After earning his medical degree, Dr. Bracci trained at the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute in Bologna, where he completed his five-year specialization and then worked as a first-level medical officer for 14 years. At this internationally renowned center, he gained extensive experience in treating orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Bracci works as an orthopedic surgeon, focusing his practice on joint replacement for hip and knee osteoarthritis using minimally invasive techniques that allow for a quicker return to daily activities. He is also an expert in non-surgical and regenerative therapies.
Additionally, Dr. Bracci specializes in reconstructive surgery related to sports injuries, such as:
- Meniscal tears
- Ligament injuries of the knee
He also treats hand conditions, particularly carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger.
