Alessandro Delcarro

Dr. Alessandro Delcarro is a surgeon in the General and Oncologic Surgery Unit, the Abdominal Wall Surgery Center, the Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery Center, and the Obesity Surgery Center at Policlinico San Marco.

In 2018, he graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan, where he also completed his specialization in General Surgery with honors in 2024. In the same year, he earned certifications in ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) and Clinical Ultrasound.  

During his specialization, in 2022, Dr. Delcarro gained international experience through a one-year training program in Belgium.  

In 2021, he completed the CUAMM (University College for Missionary Medical Applicants) Junior Project Officer course, preparing for volunteer missions in Africa.  

Dr. Delcarro regularly participates in professional development courses to enhance his skills and improve his clinical practice.  

He is the author and co-author of several scientific publications in international journals.
