Michele Tarantini
Biography
Dr. Michele Tarantini is a gynecologist at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit of Istituto Clinico S.Anna in Brescia since 2018.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1982. In 1986, he specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the same university.
During his specialization, he attended the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic at the University of Brescia from 1982 to 1986 and held a scholarship for AIDS research at the same clinic from 1987 to 1990.
From 1990 to 1998, he worked as a structured physician at the First Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Spedali Civili in Brescia. From 1998 to 2018, he served at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit of Istituto Clinico Città di Brescia, where he was responsible for the Obstetrics section.
Currently, Dr. Tarantini practices at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit of Istituto Clinico S.Anna, where he is involved in:
- Delivery room
- Operating room
- Hospitalization and outpatient services
He is an expert in managing high-risk obstetric pregnancies, such as those involving hypertensive syndromes, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, and recurrent miscarriages, as well as low-risk pregnancies.
