Mercuri Parmenio
Biography
Dr. Parmenio Mercuri is an anesthesiologist at the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit of the Istituto Clinico Beato Matteo.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1978 and obtained his specialization in Anesthesia and Intensive Care from the same university in 1982.
In 1987, he obtained the qualification for Chief Anesthesiologist and Intensive Care from the Ministry of Health.
He has been a contract professor at the University of Pavia and the University of Insubria.
He served as an assistant and later as a deputy responsible physician at the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Service of the Circolo Hospital and Foundation Macchi in Varese.
He was the Director of the Complex Structure of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the Filippo Del Ponte Hospital in Varese.
Currently, he performs anesthesiological and intensive care activities in the operating room for all surgical specialties, in T.I.P.O. (Intensive Postoperative Care), T.I.G. (Intensive General Care), and Auto Medica 118 (Emergency Medical Services).
He has 38 scientific publications in national and international journals.
He participates in various congresses and courses as an attendee, speaker, and moderator.
