Elisabetta Zingaro

Dr. Elisabetta Zingaro is a generalist and specialist ultrasound technician at the RAF Santa Croce and Washington Centers, coordinated by Dr. Gianluca Castellaneta.

She graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1999. Her advanced training includes several courses in clinical ultrasound, including SIMEU courses in Emergency-Urgency, Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, and Hepatic Pathology, among others. She achieved the SIUMB national diploma in Clinical Ultrasound in 2007 and further specialized in Senology and Gastroenterology.

In 2014, she obtained the SIUMB diploma in Senology and, in 2015, completed a Second-Level Master’s degree in Senology at the University of Insubria in Varese.

Her career includes experience in various departments such as General Surgery at the National Cancer Institute of Milan and Emergency Surgery at San Paolo Hospital in Milan. She has also undergone specific training and internships in ultrasound diagnostics at major institutions, including the Maggiore Policlinico Hospital, the European Institute of Oncology, and the Sant’Ambrogio Clinic.
