Andrea Proverbio
Biography
Dr. Andrea Proverbio is an orthopedic surgeon in the Orthopedics Unit II at Istituto Clinico Villa Aprica.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Insubria in 2013, where he also specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2020.
Among his work experiences:
- From January 2014 to October 2015, he worked for ATS Insubria at the Olgiate Comasco station/AREU Operations Center as a Continuity Care Physician.
- From March 2015 to October 2015, he served as a physician at RSA Sodalitas 2000 Onlus - Villa Cortese (MI).
- From November 2020 to August 2023, he was a First-Level Medical Director in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department at Nuovo Hospital in Legnano, ASST Ovest Milanese.
Currently, Dr. Proverbio focuses on arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee, as well as prosthetic surgery of the shoulder, hip, and knee.
He is a member of SIOT, the Italian Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology, and has participated as a speaker at numerous national and international conferences in the field of orthopedic-traumatology.
