Step 1

How to request an appointment

In order to request an appointment or a hospital admission, you can select the method you prefer among those described below:
  • Call our International Helpline +971-(0)-529817689 hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET, Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. GMT)
  • Complete an online inquiry
  • Send us an email request along with your details and contact information on
booking As soon as we will receive your request, our international Case Manager will contact you (waiting time: 1 working day) in order to collect all information regarding you.

Step 2

When you will receive the confirmation of your appointment or hospital admission

You should expect to receive a confirmation email or telephone call by the international Case Manager shortly after your request. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing you with information details about the place, date and time of your appointment, the name of your doctor, and with any further information you will be needing before your departure. The Case Manager will be happy to make travel and hotel arrangements for you, if you wish.

Step 3

If you have previous medical records in English, please send them to
  • Current diagnosis
  • Films (X-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound)
  • Biopsy results
If you don’t have medical records or they are not relevant to this appointment go to Step 4 In order to protect your confidentiality this material will only be accessible to your International Case Manager. If you have material that is too large or cannot be sent by email (e.g. films) your Case manager will provide you a postal address to ship it to us.

Step 4

Receive a cost estimate and make a deposit

Our dedicated International Private Patients registration office will assist you with preparing estimates, understanding the bill, providing payments, verifying insurance or embassy coverage and delivering a convenient final bill within 30 days of your visit.

Step 5

Prepare your visa requirements

Once your appointment has been confirmed, your international Case Manager will send an appointment confirmation that can be used when you complete your visa application if it is required from your country. Let us know if you require a visa letter for your application.
