What makes our department a centre of excellence recognized at European level is the ability to develop a personalized therapeutic plan for each single patient, thanks to an efficient integration of cutting edge diagnostic techniques, clinical activity, and surgical and interventional activity. All this has been made possible through a tight cooperation with Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, which allows a crucial support for clinical research activity, translational research and for the organization and participation in clinical trial projects.
